1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Kinla Foods app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the application.

2. User Conduct & Safety

• Honest Usage: You agree to provide accurate information. Any fraudulent activity, including fake orders or payment manipulation, will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
• Respectful Interaction: You must treat all Freelance Riders and Restaurant staff with respect. Harassment, verbal abuse, or physical harm toward riders will not be tolerated and may be reported to local authorities.

3. Services & Payments

Platform Role: Kinla Foods acts as a digital marketplace connecting customers, independent restaurants, and freelance riders. We are not a food manufacturer or a direct employer of riders.

Fees: You agree to pay the displayed price for food items and the calculated delivery fee. Delivery fees are paid to the riders for their logistics service and used for platform maintenance.

4. Privacy-First Communication

For your safety, we provide an in-app WebRTC calling feature. You agree to use this system for all order-related communication. Attempting to bypass this system to obtain the private phone numbers of riders or other users is strictly discouraged for the safety and privacy of all parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kinla Foods is not liable for the quality, safety, or preparation of food provided by independent restaurants. Furthermore, we are not liable for the independent actions of freelance riders. However, we take all reports seriously and will investigate any disputes submitted through the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
