Account Deletion

According to our commitment to your privacy, you can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion:

Please contact us via Email or WhatsApp with the following details:

  • Your registered Google Email address.
  • Your registered Phone Number.
  • A clear statement requesting account and data removal.

What data is removed?

Your profile, order history, and saved addresses are permanently wiped from our Firebase systems.

Processing Time

Most deletion requests are finalized within 48–72 hours. You will receive a confirmation message once completed.
